I cannot say enough about the friendly staff. They. upon my arrival (hours before check-in!), i was offered a room to rest while i waited. the breakfast was a delight, with many choices to start the day. i also enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was a lovely treat.

i found that the description mentioned it was a 10-minute walk to a popular landmark, but it was more like a 20-minute ride. this discrepancy was a bit misleading (i wish they were more precise).

underwhelming experience at this hotel

the location was acceptable, close to metro stations which was convenient.

I was quite annoyed the room wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival. I found someone else's hair in the bathroom. it seemed like a basic task was overlooked. this really impacted my perception of the hotel.
